If I want to do some work in my yard and do not know where my utility services are located, how do I get someone to locate my utilities?: Call the North Carolina One-Call Center at (800) 632-4949 or 811. The center will take your information and contact member utility companies to locate utilities in your yard. The Town of Holly Springs is a member of this organization; therefore, the Town would locate Town-maintained utilities within 48 hours.
