Construction activity to renovate a section of the first floor of Town Hall is underway. The Development Services lobby is getting a makeover to improve the customer experience.
Renovations include more space for staff members to meet with customers. Construction is expected to be complete in the fall. During renovations, a customer service and compliance representative will be available at the Finance Department front desk to assist customers with questions.
New development software to digitalize the permitting process went live at the end of last month. It gives the development community instant access to project information and increases staff efficiency by automating assignments and deadlines. Users can access Town services from any device, including cell phones.
