Holly Springs could see a new 120 acre development near the Business Park. The Holly Springs Town Council heard a proposal Tuesday night that could bring a mix of commercial/retail, office, clean industrial, multifamily housing and supporting uses such as hotels and restaurants to the area.
The proposed development also includes town and privately-maintained trails, and open spaces including small parks, urban plazas and gateway features.
The council forwarded the proposed development to the Holly Springs Planning Board for review, discussion and recommendation. Following the Planning Board’s consideration, the development will be considered by the Town Council.
