The Town of Holly Springs is updating its zoning map. The zoning map outlines the different zoning districts in the town’s jurisdiction, showing where different kinds of buildings can be constructed and how buildings can be used (as homes, shops, offices, etc.).

For all developed properties and farms, the current use of the property will be permitted to continue. For most residential subdivisions, the zoning map update reflects a comparable residential zoning category and will not impact the use of your property.  

This is one of the public information sessions to share more information prior to the Town Council public hearing scheduled for March 1.

Attend this meeting at the time most convenient for you! Sessions begin every hour at:

• 4:30 p.m.
• 5:30 p.m.
• 6:30 p.m. 
• 7:30 p.m.

Each session will include the same 15-minute presentation followed by 35 minutes when the project consultant and staff will be available to answer questions. A 10-minute break is scheduled before the next session begins.
