Virtual Town Council Meeting - View information on how to access this virtual meeting.

In accordance with Wake County’s Stay-At-Home Order, the Town Council business meeting on April 7 at 7 p.m. will be conducted virtually and will not be open to on-site visitors. The virtual meeting will allow the council to conduct the important business of government while protecting the health and safety of the council members, the public, and town staff. The only individuals expected to be physically in attendance are the mayor, the clerk, and the Information Technology Department director. All will be seated in a manner that ensures proper social distancing.

Members of the public may:

1. Join the meeting through Zoom from their computer or smart phone.

Public comments may be made by submitting your comment in writing to the clerk, either by email to linda.mckinney@hollyspringsnc.us or by depositing your written comment in an envelope marked “Public Comment” in the pay drop box in the parking lot next to Town Hall. Comments should be submitted by 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The April 7th Town Council meeting will be the council’s first virtual meeting, so we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fully develop our virtual meeting capabilities.
