Bass Lake Day

This annual nature and environmental education festival is held the first Saturday of October from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. in the Jefferson L. Sugg Farm section of Bass Lake Park.

 The festival traditionally features:

  • Live music
  • Interactive exhibits on recycling, falconry, vermicomposting, bow hunting, native wildlife, fire safety, water quality, gardening and much more
  • Crafts and games
  • Live animals such as hawks, snakes, turtles, owls and frogs

Join us for a day of nature, music, and fun. And it's all free!

The town is monitoring the state’s COVID-19 gathering restrictions, and possible changes to this event may be made due to COVID. This webpage will be updated closer to the traditional event date.
