Northeast Gateway Master Plan

The northeast corridor of Holly Springs is about to change in a big way with the addition of NC 540!  

The Town of Holly Springs developed the Northeast Gateway Master Plan to guide land use, development and community investment around the future interchange of Holly Springs Road and NC 540. This plan outlines a detailed vision for the NE Gateway based on community input and in conjunction with the Town's Comprehensive Plan

Project Area

The Northeast Gateway is the northeastern entrance or “gateway” to Holly Springs, generally located north and east of the intersection of Sunset Lake Road and Holly Springs Road.
