Holly Springs is located in the Research Triangle Region life science cluster that has access to 12 universities, including 3 tier-one research universities that supply highly skilled talent. The Holly Springs Business Park is home to Seqirus, the #1 flu manufacturer in the world. In March of 2021, FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies announced their new location in Holly Springs, North Carolina to join Seqirus in the business park. We have roughly 25 to 200 acres of greenfield properties still available that put us in a position to bring more large biopharmaceutical companies to Holly Springs. 

Our sites have undergone a series of tests including environmental assessments to confirm their suitability for development. The convenient location of these properties allows a 5 min drive to I-540 which offers quick and direct access to the Research Triangle Park (RTP) and the Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) in less than 30 minutes.
