Overview

The Technical Review Committee is now called Land Use Advisory Committee (LUAC).  The LUAC assists Development Services in the interpretation, enforcement, or application of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and advises the director on suggested or proposed amendments to the UDO. The LUAC meets at 3 pm the first Tuesday of each month in the Holleman Room at Town Hall, 128 S Main Street. Town staff support to the Land Use Advisory Committee is provided by the Town Clerk's Office.
