Improving Holly Springs Road to a consistent four-lane, median-divided road with sidewalk, curb and gutter, and pedestrian crossings.

Utley Creek Greenway
Connecting west and east Holly Springs, from West Ballentine Street near the Oaks of Avent Acres club house, along an existing greenway, through an existing pedestrian tunnel under NC 55, to the Morgan Park greenway.

12 Oaks Pump Station Upgrade
The Town of Holly Springs is upgrading the pump station located at 779 Ancient Oaks Drive. This pump station helps transfer wastewater to the town’s treatment plant. While the infrastructure located within the pump station site will be improved as part of this project to serve the area’s drainage basin, the pump station site boundaries will remain the same.
