Local Incentives

montage of $100 billsThe Town of Holly Springs and Wake County have the ability to offer incentives to companies that create both well-paying new jobs and make a substantial capital investment in the community.  The incentives are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and when appropriate are based on a percentage of new taxable investment.

Downtown

To stimulate development in the Downtown Village District, on September 15, 2020 the Town Council adopted an updated Downtown Investment Grant Policy. It provides the framework for possible assistance by the Town with infrastructure costs and development fee reductions for projects in the Downtown. Projects are considered on a case by case basis.

For more information and how to apply refer to the link above or contact the Economic Development office.

Fast Track Permitting

The Town also will consider expediting the plan review and permitting process as an incentive to meet the needs of the client. We had excellent results working with Novartis, now Seqirus, in this regard and believe our proven track record in this area will meet or exceed your expectations.
