Voter registration forms are available in the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall. To be eligible to vote in municipal elections, a resident of the Town must be 18 years or older, a citizen of the United States and registered to vote with the Wake County Board of Elections. Municipal elections are held every two years on odd-numbered years, and special elections are held when deemed necessary. For more information contact the Town Clerk.

The Wake County Board of Elections conducts all elections held in Wake County and administers state election laws.
