The objective is to provide a holistic review of environmental impacts associated with planned land use changes and infrastructure projects that are required to accommodate future population growth. The plan identifies the growth-related environmental impacts associated with Town plans for expanding water, sewer and transportation facilities, and the programs in place that mitigate the identified impacts.
