Learn about the environment and enjoy a free dinner and concert during Bass Lake Day.

Canoes and boats are available for rent first-come, first-served from 8 a.m. until an hour before sunset. Fishing is free with rods and reels available for loan. The concession stand will be open with drinks and snacks. Event T-shirts are available for purchase.

It's our first anniversary. Everyone is welcome.

Schedule

1-5 p.m. - Environmental exhibits
5-6 p.m. - Free BBQ supper
5:30-7:30 p.m. - Bass Lake Drifters bluegrass concert

Exhibits

Exhibits include the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission mobile aquarium, archery range, hunter safety education, animal skins, skulls, etc.
