Summer Camp Registration Information 1/14/2011

Registration Dates & Details

Residents:

• Saturday, Feb. 5 from 8 a.m. until noon. All registrations must be done in person at Hunt Community Center. All registrations require a completed application form.

• Sunday, Feb. 6 beginning at 8 a.m. Registration is available in person at all facilities. (Please note that Bass Lake Park is the only location open on Sundays) and online at www.recconnect.us

Nonresidents:

• Monday, Feb. 21 registration available at all facilities and online at www.recconnect.us

Please note that it is extremely important to get your family account PIN and personal barcode numbers for online registration before Friday Feb. 4, 2011.

If you or a family member has ever participated in one of our programs, you have an existing account and can request your PIN and barcode through RecConnect.

If you do not have account in our system, you may call any facility to set up an account and receive your PIN and barcode numbers over the phone or you can create an account on RecConnect.

We do not accept any registrations over the phone but we can provide you with the information you need to register online.  

Should you create a new account on RecConnect, please note that it may take up to 72 hours to activate. If you create an account after 5 p.m. on Friday February 4, it may not be activated until Monday, Feb.7.

Multiple child discounts are not available on RecConnect. To receive this discount you must register in person.

• A registration packet must be completed when registering. To save time we suggest that you print and complete the packet before arriving for in-person registration. Packets will also be available at all facilities.
• If you register via RecConnect, please complete the packet and mail, fax, or drop off at any of our facilities one week prior to the first day of camp.
