Development Workshop Set for April 8 3/16/2010

An informational meeting for those interested in the steps and requirements for developing property in Holly Springs will be held Thursday, April 8 from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Holly Springs Cultural Center.

The workshop is intended for developers, engineers, surveyors, land planners, builders, design professionals, business owners and others wanting to know more about development procedures.

The Planning and Zoning and Engineering departments are presenting the workshop.

Workshop participants will:

• Gain a better understanding of review processes from conception to plan approval and certificate of occupancy
• Get updates on Town development procedures and regulations
• Receive advice for complete and accurate development petitions and successful reviews
• Learn about new storm water plan requirements and review processes
