Holly Springs Youth Wins Regional Fitness Competition 1/14/2010 Jared Rundle from Holly Springs won the Bobcats NBA FIT ages 11-12 division on Jan. 11 in Charlotte. His performance will be compared with results from around the country to determine whether Jared moves on to the national finals during the NBA All-Star weekend. The NBA FIT/ WNBA FIT Challenge is free for boys and girls ages 14 and under. It promotes healthy, active lifestyles. The competition features a time-based fitness course that tests participants’ speed, strength, agility and overall physical fitness. The top two scorers in each age and gender division nationally advance to the national finals in February at the NBA All-Star Jam Session in Dallas. Jared, Kari Nadler and Dana Nadler won the local competition for their age brackets in November at Hunt Community Center. The Nadler sisters were not able to compete in the Bobcats competition due to scheduling conflicts.
