Celebrate Earth Day on Wednesday, April 22 at Holly Springs Cultural Center. Learn how the way you maintain your lawn can help protect our lakes, rivers and streams.

The Town's environmental programs will be the focus of exhibits in the Cultural Center lobby during the day. Environmental Services and Stormwater Management staff will be there to answer questions and discuss environmental issues.

Learn how to help protect water quality by properly planting, fertilizing and maintaining your lawns and natural areas. The goal is to reduce the amount of sediment, fertilizer and other materials that are washed into storm drains.

Pick up a free soil testing kit to help you nourish your lawn without over-fertilizing.
