Summer Camp Sign-Up Starts Feb. 7 1/26/2009

Summer camp registration opens at 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 for Holly Springs children.

Camps fill up fast, so register early at  Hunt Community Center. A completed registration form is required.  The summer camp brochure has details.

Camp registration opens to non-residents Feb. 23 if spots are available.

Camps are for ages 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13. Weekly fees for residents are $60 for basic camp and $100 for specialty camps. Some scholarships are available.

“Children enjoying coming to camp because we keep them active and try new and exciting things,” said Julie Tew, Recreation Programs manager.

This is the ninth year for our Parks and Recreation Department's summer camp program. This year it has been extended to 10 weeks to last throughout the traditional summer break from school.
