Free Document Shredding Oct. 18 10/162008 Help prevent identity theft with free document shredding Saturday morning, Oct. 18 in the Town Hall parking lot. The "shred-a-thon" from 9 a.m. until noon is presented in conjunction with the Holly Springs Farmers Market. This will be the fourth time that Holly Springs police have arranged for a document shredding service to help citizens destroy unneeded papers that a thief could use to steal their identity. Bring your old bank statements, tax records, credit card statements, cancelled checks and other information. They will be destroyed for free while you watch.
