Growth Forum Set for April 17 4/15/08

Holly Springs today and tomorrow is the focus of a community forum on growth that will be held Thursday, April 17 at Holly Springs Cultural Center from 5 - 8 p.m.

Learn about what's happening in Holly Springs now and what lies ahead. See how current growth and development policies shape Holly Springs' future.

This is an opportunity to meet with Town staff and Town Council members, ask questions and give your views. Light refreshments will be served.

The first part of the forum  will include an open house with exhibits on nonresidential projects and Town infrastructure plans. During this open house in the lobby, residents are invited to ask questions of staff and council members.

The second part of the event will be held in the Cultural Center theater, where Town staff will show an abbreviated version of the presentation given at the Town Council retreat in February .

Afterward, the council will hold a public hearing on growth, beginning at approximately 7 p.m. in the Cultural Center theater.
