Survey Gauges Retail Priorities 5/29/07

Take this online retail survey to let us know where you shop now and what kinds of stores, restaurants and other businesses you'd like to see in Holly Springs.

We'll use the results to help guide developers and business owners to pursue the projects that residents need or want most.

Holly Springs has nearly 20,000 residents, three times the number just 10 years ago. That population growth is drawing more commercial development to Holly Springs.

Shoppes at Holly Springs with its Super Wal-Mart is scheduled to open late this year on N.C. 55 Bypass at the southern end of town. Next to it, SouthPark Village Center will open next year with Harris Teeter as anchor. Across the highway from Wal-Mart, ground has broken for Main Street Square with its mixture of homes, shops and offices.

Those projects are only part of the development under way in Holly Springs. You can help plan for the right balance of development as Holly Springs continues to grow. Your input on the front end can help us make better choices.
