Limited Edition Holiday Ornaments for Sale 10/11/05

Consider adding a Holly Springs police station ornament to your collection as you prepare to deck the halls this holiday season. This limited edition collector's item is the second in a series of keepsake ornaments commemorating Holly Springs points of interest.

The 2005 edition ornament features the recently-restored Seagroves Drugstore, which now houses Public Safety headquarters. This 2 5/8-inch ornament depicts the building with holiday garland, wreaths and red bows on a mother of pearl, cream colored background. The reverse has black lettering that reads, “Holly Springs Series / 2nd Edition 2005 ” between holly leaf artwork.

The Police Station 2005 series ornaments are on sale now for $10 each. Get them in the Finance Department in Town Hall at 128 S. Main St. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.

Only 500 ornaments were produced, so don't delay. For more information, call the main Town Hall number at (919) 552-6221.

A few 2004 ornaments remain available for purchase. The first edition ornament shows Town Hall on a peaceful, snowy evening with street lights aglow. The background is a deep blue. First edition ornaments are also $10.
