Woodmen Donate Flag to Town

Last week, Steve Macon of the Woodmen of the World donated an American flag to the Holly Springs Parks & Recreation Department. The 5x8 foot flag, valued at about $65, will fly in front of the Hunt Community Center.

“The flag we were flying had become worn and faded,” said Thomas Davenport, maintenance supervisor for the Parks & Recreation Department. “We give our thanks to Steve and the Woodmen of the World for their generosity.”
