9/30/05 Section of Ballentine Street Closes for Library, Cultural Center Project The section of West Ballentine Street that runs through a small park will close Monday, Oct. 10 for construction of the Holly Springs Library & Cultural Center . That section of West Ballentine Street will remain closed until the library and cultural center are completed in late 2006. The road will be realigned through the park property. West Ballentine Street traffic headed to Avent Ferry Road will be rerouted onto West Elm Street . Detour signs will be posted.
