5. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Notes on the Comment Period -- Each speaker is asked to limit comments to 3 minutes, and the total comment period will be 15 minutes or less.  Citizens should sign up with the Town Clerk to speak prior to the start of the meeting.  Although the Council is interested in hearing your concerns, speakers should not expect Council action or deliberation on subject matter brought up during the Public Comment segment.  Topics requiring further investigation will be referred to the appropriate town officials or staff and may be scheduled for a future agenda.  Thank you for your consideration of the Town Council, staff and other speakers.

7. PUBLIC HEARING:

a.  To receive input regarding a scattered sites Community Development Block Grant. (Attachment #3)

8. CONSENT AGENDA (Attachments 4a-4d):

a.  Adopt an amendment to the FY 2010-11 budget in the amount of $46,500 to provide restrooms at school athletic facilities.  (Attachment #4a)

b.  Adopt Annexation Ordinance A10-06 annexing approximately 8.97 acres owned by the Town of Holly Springs located along Bass Lake Road.  (Attachment #4b)

c.  Retain The Wooten Company to administer the 2010 Scattered Sites Housing CDBG program. (Attachment #4c)

d.  Approve new roadway for Tract D2 in the Woodcreek development.  (Attachment #4d)

a.  Consideration of property developer’s request to reduce or eliminate road widening requirements at 5432 Sunset Lake Road.  (Attachment #5)
