The Farmers Market in the Holly Springs Village District is currently closed for the season. We are busy preparing for season 6 coordinating vendors and sponsors and a wide variety of activities for all. Mark your calendars for the Season 6 Grand Opening on May 5, 2012!
The Farmers Market is a producers-only market bringing fresh-off-the farm produce and products to downtown Holly Springs. The vendors have personally grown or made the products they are selling within the State of North Carolina, and most vendors are located within 15 miles of Holly Springs. Our vendors offer a beautiful array of the freshest fruits and vegetables, cookies and breads, flowers and plants, as well as local artisans who present a wide variety of uniquely made, handcrafted items.
During our 5th season, our friends and fans voted The Farmers Market as the #1 Small Farmers Market and the #2 Favorite Overall Market in North Carolina through the America's Favorite Farmers Market contest.
This upcoming season promises to be bigger and fresher than ever. You'll find several new produce, meat and artisanal food vendors and an expanded entertainment line-up.
Lettuce Entertain You!
Live music is presented each Saturday in the Beets & Jams Music Series as well as fun and creative children's activities at the Little Sprouts Activity Center hosted by various Holly Springs children providers and businesses.
The Farm-to-Table Chef Series will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month cooking up products from The Farmers Market.
There is always something special going on at the Market. Be sure to check out what you have "bean" missing!
The Farmers Market in downtown Holly Springs is operated and managed by the Department of Planning & Zoning. It is funded soley by donations and sponsorships from local families and businesses. We are currently recruiting sponsors for the 2012 market season.
Getting Here
We're conveniently located in the public parking lot in front of Holly Springs Baptist Church on the block of South Main Street.
Parking is available directly across the street in the Town Hall parking lot.
