Residential Property
If you own or are purchasing a residential property, you can provide a letter of credit that states you had no late payments with a water utility in the last 12 months. You must provide this with the application prior to service being activated. Please fax, email, or mail them together.
Connections
Please remit utility application and deposit (if applicable) at least 24 hours in advance of your start service date. We will do our best to accomodate your service needs.
Disconnect Services
To disconnect services submit the following form to the Town of Holly Springs in person at 128 S. Main Street or submit the following online form. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.
