Requirements
All businesses / persons conducting business of any kind in the Town of Holly Springs are required to have a Town of Holly Springs business license.

• If you live in Holly Springs or are located within our ETJ and desire to have a home based business, please contact the Department of Planning & Zoning at               (919) 557-3908 regarding home occupation information prior to applying for a business license.
• Business licenses’ are valid from July 1 through June 30 of each year. Please contact Finance at (919) 557-3918 before remitting fees if you are requesting a business license between January 1 and June 30 of any year.

Please fill out the required Business License Form and return to the Finance department for processing.
