HSTV 11 Staff

Joni Powell (joni.powell@hollyspringsnc.us) – Town Clerk and director of the Town’s Department of Public Affairs and Communications.  Joni serves HSTV-11 as station manager; oversees all aspects of HSTV-11 operations, technology and programming schedule; organizes and assigns television production work; supervises production staff; serves as needed as producer, director, videographer, editor and graphics artist and welcomes citizen input concerning Town of Holly Springs television programming.

Mark Andrews (mark.andrews@hollyspringsnc.us) – Public Information Officer handling all external communications of the Town, including the Springs newsletter, the Town Web site, press releases and media contacts; and Mark serves HSTV-11 as TV production manager, producing, directing, writing, videoing, and editing locally-produced programs and providing program guide and other HSTV-11 information on the town’s Web site.

Niki Litts (niki.litts@hollyspringsnc.us) – Serves the Town as communications specialist, designing and creating a wide variety of printed materials for Town departments and coordinating special events, and Niki serves HSTV-11 as producer, director, editor, videographer and graphics artist.  She also serves as the “face” of Snapshots, the Town of Holly Springs quarterly television show featuring glimpses at a variety of topics, subjects and events in one video production.

Linda Harper (linda.harper@hollyspringsnc.us) – As Deputy Town Clerk and records manager for the Town, also serves HSTV-11 as office coordinator; Linda manages supplies inventory and assists with the management of video files.  She also supports HSTV-11 with video file transfers and editing.

Barb Koblich (barb.koblich@hollyspringsnc.us) – As Information Clerk for the Town, serves HSTV-11 by providing public input concerning programming and handles programming information requests.  Barb also supports HSTV-11 with video file transfers and editing, and she produces the Community Bulletin Board segments that run daily at 7 and 11 a.m. and p.m.  If your non-profit organization has news to post on the Bulletin Board, please contact Barb to see if we can help.

Management – HSTV-11 operates at the general direction of Town Manager Carl G. Dean and Assistant Town Manager Chuck Simmons, who provide programming direction and policy guidance.
