Underwriting Opportunities With HSTV

Underwriting government access programming differs from advertising with a commercial television station. 

Rates are based on actual production costs. In fairness to the community and commercial television interests in the area, HSTV-11 accepts underwriting grants for its programming, limiting content to slogans, locations, and neutral descriptions of products or services.

Packages also include opening and end credits.
