Holly Springs TV is the Town of Holly Springs' government access channel on Time Warner Cable channel 11.
Initially, channel content will only be on Time Warner Cable. Subsequently, HSTV 11 programming will be available through the Town's Web site.

Why We Created HSTV 11
Purposes of the Town's government access channel include:
- Promoting the Town of Holly Springs
- Boosting attendance at Town meetings and events and increasing participation in programs
- Providing another outlet for emergency communications in the event of disaster or widespread service disruption
- Enhancing the quality of life in Holly Springs through television programming that contributes to making Holly Springs a better place to live
