About HSTV

HSTV is the Town of Holly Springs, N.C.'s government access channel. It is shown on Time Warner Cable channel 11 and Deacon Cable channel 11.

The Holly Springs Town Council established HSTV-11 to provide citizens with television programming that is newsworthy, educational and entertaining and with the purpose of having another means of communicating information from the government to the public.

The Department of Public Affairs and Communications operates HSTV-11, producing programming and obtaining it from other sources. Meet the staff.
