Town Council Meeting Schedule

The Holly Springs Town Council meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of every month. Meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers upstairs in Holly Springs Town Hall at 128 S. Main St.

The meetings follow a posted agenda that includes public hearings, unfinished business, new business, a consent agenda and a brief public comment period.

Planning Board Meeting Schedule

The Holly Springs Planning Board is a citizen advisory board that reviews zoning and development-related issues and proposed projects. These citizens, who are appointed by the Town Council, provide recommendations for Town Council action. Planning Board meetings are open to the public.

Holly Springs Planning Board meets at 7 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers of Holly Springs Town Hall.

Board of Adjustment Meeting Schedule

The Holly Springs Board of Adjustment is a citizen quasi-judicial board that receives testimony and renders judgments on requests to vary from Town ordinances. Board of Adjustment rulings are final. Appeals go to Wake County Superior Court.

Board of Adjustment meetings are open to the public. However, public input is restricted to sworn testimony.

The Board of Adjustment meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month on an as-needed basis.
