The
Mill is a project which began in 1998. The developer proposes
several "flex space" units including unfinished
shells and fitted units. Space for warehousing as well as
offices is proposed. the anticipated cost of a shell unit
is $6 per square foot while fitted units approach $9 per square
foot. The project is located at 100 Thomas Mill Road in Holly
Springs.
