The Holly Springs Economic Development Department works closely with the Holly Springs Town Council, the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Wake County Economic Development program of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and the North Carolina Department of Commerce Business and Industry Division to market business opportunities in Holly Springs. Holly Springs is also a member of the Council for Entrepreneurial Development.

The Economic Development staff is responsible for facilitating economic growth in Holly Springs through the recruitment of new businesses and industries and the expansion of existing businesses.
