Board of Adjustment

• Conducts public hearings and renders rulings on variances from the Unified Development Ordinance
• Hears any appeals to decisions made by the Department of Planning & Zoning staff

Planning Board

• Reviews development proposals for rezonings, and other development-related requests, and offers recommendations on these to the Town Council
• Develops and recommends revisions and additions to the Town's Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Growth Plan

Technical Review Committee

• Reviews and determines approval or denial of non-gateway, non-residential projects
• Assists the director of Planning & Zoning in the interpretation, enforcement or application of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)
• Advises the director on suggested or proposed amendments to the UDO
