Administration - This department includes the Town manager, attorney and information technology positions and oversees the general day-to-day operations of the Town.

Building Code Enforcement - This department ensures the public's health, safety and general welfare through the enforcement of state and local codes.

Economic Development - This department is responsible for promotion of the Town and the Town's economic growth. Department staff work to recruit businesses and industry to the Town. Publications and data about development opportunities in Holly Springs are available from this website.

Engineering - The Engineering Department oversees the expansion of the Town's infrastructure, including water, wastewater, transportation, and drainage projects both as capital projects funded by the Town and as components of new developments as they are planned and constructed in conformance with the Town's growth plans. The department also is responsible for long-range planning of infrastructure capacity to meet the needs of the growing community.

Finance - From establishing new customer accounts for water, sewer, garbage and recycling to serving as a central point for Town revenue collection, from issuing licenses for operation of businesses within the Town to overseeing revenue expenditures, the Town Finance Department serves a variety of functions.

Human Resources - This department is responsible for personnel/human resources services that support current and potential Town employees.

Parks & Recreation - From establishing and maintaining Town parks and greenways to providing recreational and leisure activity opportunities for all ages, the Parks & Recreation Department continues to enhance the rapidly growing, diverse population of Holly Springs.

Planning & Zoning - The Department of Planning & Zoning is responsible for the orderly growth of the Town and for improving and enhancing the quality of life for the residents by promoting the vision of the Ten-Year Comprehensive Growth Plan: "To foster, maintain and enhance a village atmosphere that evokes a sense of place."

Public Safety - Police, Fire-Rescue, Emergency Medical Services and Animal Control are housed in this department.

Public Works - The Holly Springs Public Works Department provides for a safe, clean and healthy environment within the Town. The department oversees garbage/recycling/yard waste collection and provides various water, streets and rights-of-way services.

Town Clerk - This department serves as a direct link between citizens of the community and their government.

Water Quality - The Department of Water Quality is responsible for the maintenance of all water and wastewater (sewer) facilities.
