The Human Resources Department provides a wide array of services to departments and employees. The department is responsible for the recruitment and selection of Town employees, position classification and compensation, benefits administration, personnel policy and records management, workers' compensation, employee relations, employee recognition, and employee wellness.
The department strives to provide personnel programs and policies that are fair and legal, maintain comprehensive benefits and competitive pay, and promote workplace wellness and safety to retain a skilled and diverse workforce that meets the varied needs of the Town and its citizens.
