Finance Department

Welcome to the Finance Department. We're ready to assist when you need to:

• Establish a utility account (water and sewer, garbage collection & recycling)
• Pay your utility bill
• Pay Town & county property taxes by cash or check (no credit cards)
• Obtain a privilege license to operate a business

Visit us on the first floor of Town Hall at 128. S. Main St. or call (919) 557-3920 or (919) 557-3922. Hours are weekdays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (4:30 p.m. for new accounts)

For garbage, recycling & yard waste service requests, call Public Works at (919) 552-5920.

Contact the Wake County Revenue Department with questions about Town and county property tax billing. You can also search tax bills there and pay online.
