Automatic Deduction Application
By completing this form, Town utility customers can set up bank draft service, which automatically deducts the amount of the utility bill on the actual due date each month from a checking or savings account. Click here for more information about utility bill payment options.
Request for Waiver of Late Fee
Utility customers are eligible for a waiver of a utility bill late fee one time per fiscal year. Click here for more information about late fee waivers.
Request for Water Meter Deposit
Any Town utility customer who owns his/her home and who has been a Town utility customer for a minimum of 12 months with no more than one late fee charged to the account during the most recent 12-month period can request a refund for the residential water meter deposit.
