Town Budget The Town of Holly Springs budget year begins July 1. The official public hearing on the budget is in June, although the Town Council invites public input earlier in the review process as well. A copy of the current budget is available for inspection in the Town Clerk's office during regular business hours on the second floor of Town Hall at 128 S. Main St. Documents Contact Questions about budget preparation may be directed to the Finance Department.
