Welcome to the Town of Holly Springs Engineering Department web page. Call (919) 557-3938 to reach the department by telephone or e-mail any of our Engineering staff. The department oversees design and construction of infrastructure in Holly Springs. Main focus areas include:

• Water, wastewater, reclaimed water, transportation, environmental, storm water and drainage projects
• Review and approval of preliminary plans and construction drawings for development projects
• Inspection of development sites
• Development and administration of engineering design standards and details for infrastructure, and other related ordinances and policy statements to guide new development
• Development and administration of environmental programs
• Mapping of all Town infrastructure
• Development and oversight of environmental programs related to protection of water resources and habitat

The department also provides professional and technical expertise on operations-related issues. We welcome any questions or comments you may have about our projects policies, procedures or operations.
