Hazard Mitigation Plan

To reduce vulnerability to natural hazards and to speed recovery when disaster strikes, the Town of Holly Springs has a Hazard Mitigation Plan.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency and the N.C. Division of Emergency Management require municipalities to update their Hazard Mitigation Plan every five years to remain eligible for disaster assistance. The Town of Holly Springs' plan was approved in 2004 and updated in 2009.
