The Town Council receives presentations focusing on a variety of topics such as growth management, fiscal analysis, capital projects and Town operations in addition to issues of community interest.

  • State of the Town - Provides overview of Holly Springs' population and tax base growth, Town finances, Town infrastructure projects, and commercial development. Presented April 2011 by Town Manager Carl Dean

  • State of the County - Explores Wake County 2010 census results, housing and land development, and the local economy and provides county budget overviews for 2011 and 2012. Presented April 2011 by County Manager David Cooke

  • Commercial Real Estate Bus Tour - Presents general information about Holly Springs to real estate professionals from around the Triangle. Presented October 2010 by the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Holly Springs

  • Marketing Holly Springs - Assists real estate professionals through an update of what is going on in town, including tax base statistics and information on schools, parks and recreation facilities, and new commercial development. Presented August 2010
  • Revenue Forecast 2009 - Forecasts local revenues in the midst of national and state economic uncertainties. Presented at the 2009 Town Council Winter Retreat
  • Green Oaks Parkway - Details the public-private partnership enabling the Town to provide access to more land for business while saving tax dollars on the road's construction.
  • Growth Forum Presentation - Explores Holly Springs' principles of managed growth, economy, investment, innovation and partnerships and how they form the foundation for the Town's future. Presented at a community forum April 17, 2008
  • Municipal Rate Study - Compares total annual household taxes and fees for all Wake County municipalities based on a property value of $220,500 and water consumption of 7,000 gallons per month.
