The Construction Zone: Projects Underway in Holly Springs

Location: East Holly Springs

Expected Date of Completion: Fall 2005

Description: Widening to a four-lane, median-divided road with a sidewalk and new traffic signal

The intersection has been redesigned to handle projected traffic for another decade. Improvements include new lanes, curbs and gutters, medians, sidewalks, and a traffic signal. Eisenhower Drive at Sunset Lake Road also will be paved in fall 2005 and curbs and gutters will be added. The contractor is Pacos Construction Company.
