At its Nov. 7 meeting, the Holly Springs Town Council approved a development plan for a two-story building – part of the Town Hall Commons project in downtown Holly Springs. The building’s 44,640 square feet of floor area could include retail, office and restaurant areas.
Earlier this year, the council approved a master plan establishing the framework for the development of the parcels in the Town Hall Commons project and also approved a development plan for parking and street improvements.
The council also approved entering a downtown development investment agreement for an infrastructure reimbursement of $23,000 with Anderson Chiropractic Center business owner Dr. Chad Anderson. A new 2,670-square-foot commercial building is planned to open downtown.
Also at the meeting, the council approved a preliminary plan for a 10-lot subdivision north of Grigsby Ave. along Estes Ln.
